Native plants have evolved over countless years to thrive in the region’s specific climate and unique soil conditions. These plants have adapted remarkably well, developing resilience and characteristics that help them flourish in their natural environment.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Policies
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All container sizes are a trade term and are not an actual volume of measurement.
- Quantities are subject to availability.
- All orders are subject to crop yield, climatic conditions and other factors beyond our control.
-Minimum order amount is $150.
-Delivery charge of $40 for orders within a 20 mile radius of our location.
Payment Terms - Cash, Check, all major Credit Cards or Venmo payable net 15 days. There will be a 1.5% monthly finance charge on all past due balances. For any returned checks there will be a $25 fee.
Tax Exemption - If your company is PA sales tax exempt, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and email it to flowers@stoneylanefarm.com
Policies Continued
Cancellations - Please be sure of your pick up or delivery date before asking us to pull your order. If an order is cancelled after it’s been acknowledged and pulled may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Deliveries - All delivery orders must be submitted with at least 2 days notice, and the minimum order amount for deliveries is $150 within a 20 mile radius of our location. For delivery request past the 20 mile radius, will be a custom quoted fee. We also welcome customers to pick up their orders.
Claims - We require any claims for damage or shortages be made with in 2 days of delivery. The customer is always responsible to meet the truck and offload plant material at the prearranged date and time. Our customer care is important to us, so we will make good on any damage caused by our staff or shortages.
We guarantee that our plants are healthy when they leave the farm. Any claims for loss are to be made with in 5 days of the pick up or delivery.
We will not accept any returns unless it's a result of an error on our end.
Visitation - Since we are a working farm, we ask for you to call ahead to schedule a date and time when someone is available to show you around.

Choose Plants: Make a list of the plants and the quantities.
Fill out PA tax exempt form : Only fill out if your business is eligible for PA sales tax exemption.
Email Order and Tax exempt form: Send your list to flowers@stoneylanefarm.com and we will reply as soon as possible to set up payment, pickup or delivery.
